Used parts: purchase, warranty and returns

Review the offered part and its specific terms before paying.

Confirm the correct part

Provide the vehicle make, model, year and VIN when available, plus part numbers, engine or transmission codes and the required side or position. We confirm compatibility information and the offered part before purchase. Tell us if any detail is uncertain.

Condition and terms for your part

Used parts differ in condition and available history. Review the reported condition, available photos, mileage or donor information when available, included components and price. Any warranty period, coverage, installation requirements, exclusions and return eligibility must be stated for that part before purchase; no universal warranty is implied.

If there is a problem

Keep the invoice, part identification, photos and installation records. Contact support@2z-autoship.ca with your reference and a description before returning or dismantling the part. We review the issue under the agreed terms and applicable rights, and confirm the next step and any return transport arrangements.
