For an auction purchase, we provide the auction purchase invoice as issued. Our administrative fees and any agreed collection or other services are shown separately so the original purchase cost stays clear.

Verify before transferring
Pay against the confirmed invoice to the company beneficiary provided through our established contact channel. If bank details change unexpectedly, verify by calling our published phone number before transferring. We do not publish account numbers on this website.
Receipt and reconciliation
Send the transfer receipt with your invoice or request reference. A transfer receipt is not proof that funds have cleared. After receipt is verified, we confirm the payment and reconcile the invoice or 2Z Bid Lab balance, fees and remaining amount.
