Your written quotation identifies the services included, currency, applicable charges, exclusions, payment requirements and any stated validity period. Changes to quantities, condition, dimensions, readiness, supplier access or destination may require a revised quotation for approval.
Collection and shipping depend on readiness, documents, access and carrier acceptance. Timing is confirmed for the shipment and may change. Contact us before changing or cancelling approved work; incurred third-party costs and any applicable refund conditions are reviewed against your accepted quotation. Destination import eligibility, clearance, local charges and collection remain with the buyer unless expressly agreed otherwise.
