How information is used when you contact us or request a service.
We collect the contact details, vehicle or parts information, locations and service preferences you submit. Optional photos are associated with your request. When available, we also store the approximate country of the network used to submit the request; it does not prove where the customer lives. Do not upload identity documents, bank details or unrelated personal information through the photo tool.
We use the information to review enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate approved work and follow up. Hosting, storage and configured email providers process the information needed to operate these services. Maps, WhatsApp and 2Z Bid Lab open or use separate services with their own privacy practices.
Requests are stored in our operational database; uploaded photos use restricted file storage. Language preference is remembered on your device. Form drafts use this browser tab’s session storage and can be cleared. Contact support@2z-autoship.ca to request access, correction or deletion; records needed for transactions or applicable obligations may need to be retained.
