Administrative fees, shown separately
Our administrative fees are disclosed before you authorize bidding and shown separately from the auction invoice. Any additional services are itemized and agreed with you in advance.
Bank transfer to the company
Bank transfer is our accepted payment method. We confirm the company’s beneficiary details and the invoice reference with you before you transfer.
Receipts and an up-to-date account record
Send us your transfer receipt. After verifying receipt of the funds, we confirm the payment and update your 2Z Bid Lab account with the amount paid, fees and remaining balance.
Before you send your request
Am I bidding directly with each auction?
2Z Bid Lab lets you review vehicles and authorize requests. Our team manages bidding and purchase coordination within your approved limits. Account activation, funding and authorization are separate steps, and winning a vehicle is not guaranteed.
Where does buying end and shipping begin?
The auction journey ends when we receive and record the vehicle at our facility. Export preparation and shipping follow a separately approved quotation. If the vehicle is already with us, an unnecessary collection leg is not repeated.
