How is the receiving condition recorded?
The agreed scope identifies the visible receiving records and photos. Provide keys, release permission and collection contacts before dispatch; report any collection deadline early so storage and access can be reviewed.
Where do you collect and deliver the vehicle?
We arrange collection from Canadian auctions, dealers or agreed private and business addresses, with delivery to our facility in Nova Scotia. Confirm access hours, release permission, keys and the pickup contact before dispatch.
Can you collect a vehicle that does not run?
Tell us whether it starts, rolls, steers and brakes, and describe access restrictions. We review the required transporter or special handling and quote it before collection. International shipping is a separate service.
